Here, only so-called “parcel” cuvées are produced. This means that we do not blend grapes and wines from several plots to make a cuvée. Thus, the grapes from a single plot will be vinified, aged and bottled separately.
Each wine, produced in very limited quantities, will then bear the name of the plot from which it comes, such as: “La Galère”, “Puig de la Grange” or “Correc d'en Baus” for example.
