LE MOULIN DU LLEVANT

Sarl Le Moulin du Llevant is a craft business located in the foothills of the Albères, between the sea and the mountains to the south of the Roussillon plain.
The olive tree cradles the heart of this Catalan couple who undertook, in 2000, the renovation of centuries-old olive groves abandoned since the frost of 1956, as well as the planting of olive trees and other fruit trees on fallow family land.
In order to complete their efforts, an oil mill and a point of sale were created in 2005.
In order to preserve the environment, the property has been converted to Organic Farming.
