LES CLOS DE PAULILLES
Taken over at the end of 2012 by Maison Cazes, the Les Clos de Paulilles estate, located in Anse de Paulilles, is an emblematic estate between Collioure and Banyuls whose quality of wines is recognized throughout the world.
It covers 90 hectares of valleys and schist terraces, 65 of which are planted with vines. Its completely renovated cellar, its reception site and its restaurant on the waterfront constitute a magical place dedicated to wine tourism.
Visit to the Estate: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday at 17 p.m. in July & August, by reservation at 04 68 81 49 79.
