DOMAINE CARTEROLE

Domaine Carterole was created in 2011, the vineyard is located on the terroirs of Collioure for 8 hectares and Saint-André for 17 hectares.

The land is worked by hand at the pace of the vineyard, with the “xadic” (from Catalan: very sharp light pickaxe), the motor cultivator in slightly sloping areas and with a horse when possible.

Our wines are produced from grapes from the estate's vineyard, certified Organic Agriculture AB and harvested manually.
Vinification without oenological inputs and without added sulfites. Natural Wine
