The history of Terroirs Romans begins in 1908, the cellar is one of the pioneers in the movement of wine cooperation. The vineyard is located on clay-limestone hillsides among pines and scrubland, enjoying a Mediterranean climate with exceptional sunshine. These soils, composed of large quantities of pebbles mixed with sandy clay, form excellent supports for quality vineyards. Among the stepped terraces are the terraces of Cabestany, very favorable to the production of AOC and Vins Doux Naturels. Much more sandy and deep, the terroir of Elne favors the production of Vin de Pays. These winegrowers have a strong respect for their vineyards and the environment that surrounds them.
