The property (2 ha) is located in the countryside, in the middle of orchards where peaches, nectarines and apricots are harvested.
On the ground floor of an old house, discover our charming 60 m² "Vermeille" gîte.
It has its own living room and newly equipped open-plan kitchen (oven, washing machine, dishwasher), a bathroom with shower, separate toilet; upstairs: 2 bedrooms (2 single beds 80 x 200 and 1 double bed 160 x 200). Air conditioning in the bedrooms.
In front of the house, the cottage has its own private terrace and access to the vine-shoot barbecue in the park.
Access to all other relaxation areas of the farmhouse is free: park, children's play area with trampoline, indoor games room with foosball, billiards, garden lounges under the plane trees, bicycles and of course the (heated) swimming pool.
