Outside Elne, in the Illiberian countryside, the gîte la Roubine is located in a large garden with trees and flowers on a working farm near the owner's residence and stables.
Ground floor: bright, air-conditioned living room with kitchen, dining room and living room opening onto a private terrace (garden furniture, barbecue) at the rear of the gîte; a bedroom with (1 bed 160 cm and 1 bed 90 cm) and its bathroom (shower and bath) and private WC
1st floor: One bedroom with 1 double bed (2) and 160 single bed (1), bathroom (bath) and private WC.
Each room is equipped with a fan and radiator.
Covered parking in the shared enclosed garden of over 2000 m².
Modular and bookable gîte for 2 to 9 people outside of school holidays.
