The cottage is located in Mas Catalans, 4 km from the village center of Laroque des Albères.
Magnificent hikes await you starting from the cottage. 1,3 km from the cottage, you will have free access to the shared swimming pool (from June 15 to September 15) and the tennis court of the “Domaine des Albères” housing estate.
All 25 minutes from the legendary Racou beach, 30 minutes from Collioure or Le Perthus, the gateway to Spain.
With independent access, via a staircase of around forty steps, the cottage is an independent apartment located on the ground floor of the owner's house. It is comfortable and well-equipped with a bedroom with a double bed, a separate kitchen, a living room with TV (Netflix and Prime Video subscription), and its dining area with a view opening onto a balcony, as well as a relaxation room or office, a bathroom with toilet.
Outside, you will enjoy a terrace and an unfenced garden of 680 m².
