Located just 10 minutes from Perpignan in the small Catalan village of Palau-del-Vidre renowned for its master glassmakers, the restaurant L'Ancienne École welcomes you in a pleasant and warm setting.
Chef Baptiste Gaillard, master restaurateur, and his team offer you a menu that changes every season and is made only from fresh and mostly local products.
Our room team under the direction of Émilie Gaillard will be very happy to welcome you and offer you a table in our room with exposed stones or in our heated patio in winter and on sunny days on one of our courtyard or arbor terraces. .
