[Cyclo-Sport] Boucle Albères-Côte Vermeille-Illibéris

A fairly long route allowing you to have a beautiful view of the landscapes of the "Mari munt" territory.

From the car park, join the mimosas campsite below on the left and set off on the Chemin de la Massane opposite the campsite. Go along the expressway and at the level of the river, turn right on the chemin de la Cérigue.
At the crossroads, continue straight ahead on the Sorède road. You will cross a bridge over the La Massana river, then another bridge over the expressway, and arrive at a roundabout. Go straight ahead and continue on the Sorède road (D2) until you reach Sorède.
Arriving in the village of Sorède, you are on the road to Argelès. After the bridge, turn right, you will pass in front of the Tourist Office. Then take the third left at the roundabout. You will pass in front of the church and arrive at the village square which you will have to go around to go on the right road to Laroque.
Arrive in Laroque, avenue de la Côte Vermeille and turn right towards the shops rue Pierre and Michel Soler. Turn right at the bottom.
After the bridge turn left and stay on avenue du Vallespir which will take you to Villelongue-dels-Monts.
In Villelongue you are on the Ruta de la Roca. After Plaçia d'en Damia, turn right and immediately after the first left where you can admire the church. After Place de la République, continue on the Ruta de Montesquieu then straight on the D11 to Montesquieu.
Pass Place de l'houm and Place del Correou then turn right onto Grand rue. Continue straight ahead, passing the church and its fire.
Arriving at the roundabout, take the third exit, roundabout road to the end. After passing the two roundabouts (under the expressway) go left on avenue de la mer to the Lycée Sauvy de Villelongue-dels-Monts.
Continue on the cycle path to Saint-Genis-des-Fontaines. 
At the end of the Chemin des Vignerons, turn left towards Brouilla, go under the highway bridge and continue straight ahead. Cross over the river "Le Tech". In Brouilla, retrace your steps.
Turn right at the junction after the sand pit. Don’t hesitate to take a detour to the Chapelle de Cabanes in its green setting. Follow the Ortaffa path to Palau-del-Vidre.
Go left onto avenue Joliot Curie to see the center with the church and the glassmakers. Return to the post office and take Route de Sorède on the left.
Go through the two roundabouts and continue straight ahead. At the next roundabout, turn left on Chemin de Villeclare and pass in front of the college. Continue on rue Saint Michel and at the end turn left. Cross Saint-André (take a detour through the church) and go straight
At the last roundabout of Saint-André go straight towards Argelès.
At this point, turn right onto Avenue de Montgat and at the end, turn right onto the D114, Avenue de l'Hürt. Cross over the "La Massana" river and continue straight through into the center of Argelès.
At the Évadés de France roundabout take the second exit, route de Collioure and at the next roundabout take the second exit again to continue on the route de Collioure.
At this point continue on the D114 and pass in front of the Caves Reno.
Arrive in Collioure at the Creu de la Força roundabout and take the first right onto Route de la Madeloc and at the next roundabout take the third left (D86).
At this point continue straight and at the next junction, turn left (D86). There are several hairpin bends.
Turn right at the Col de Mollo on the Route des Crêtes (D86).
Admire the view and notice the old Barracks of the Center on the left then continue on the Route des Crêtes.
Be careful at this point, stay well to the left on the Route des Crêtes
Admire the view of the coast at Col de La Llagostera and continue your route on the D86 to Banyuls-sur-mer.
At the roundabout take the avenue de Guy Malpompe Malé then at the end turn left onto the avenue du Général de Gaulle which you will follow to the end, running alongside the river «La Baillaury» for part of it.
At the roundabout, turn left on avenue du Général Koenig to exit Banyuls then at the next roundabout, avenue Alain Gerbault. You will pass next to Elmes beach.
Stay on the D914 towards Port-Vendres and pass by the Paulilles site. 
Leave the D914 to enter Port-Vendres on the road to Banyuls. At the roundabout, take the first exit, Quai Lambert Battle then at the next roundabout the second on the left, Quai François Joly and, going around the port, Quai Pierre Forgas. Continue rue Jules Pams and pass Place de l'Obélisque then Avenue Jean-Jacques Vila. At the roundabout take the D114, route de Port-Vendres to go to Collioure.
Upon arriving in the town center, you will pass through the charming Faubourg district. Take in the splendid view of Collioure Bay, then at the next roundabout, continue straight ahead onto the road to Argelès, where the "Roque" anchovy factory is located. At the roundabout (point 18), head towards Argelès on the same road you took earlier (D114). Pass the roundabout again (point 17) and continue on the D114, the road to Collioure.
At the next roundabout take the third exit and go straight on to the Valmy car park.
