Fitness trail

Sorède

This 900 m course in the heart of nature – located in the Happy Valley, at Mas del Ca – offers 7 wooden training modules and a Freetness area with 5 outdoor sports equipment. Also come and enjoy a moment of relaxation during a picnic (tables are available) and admire the breathtaking view of Sorède, the Albères and the Roussillon plain. Finally, do not miss the Solar Oven installed on the route of the course!

Access: Avenue de la Vallée Heureuse. Parking next to the “Les Valbères” retirement home, access to the site opposite.

You will also find a fitness trail, specially adapted for children, in the village center of Sorède. At the park “La Rourede” children can exert themselves on the brand new climbing rock (from 6 years old) and the small fitness trail. This playground is shaded and fenced for children, on the banks of the Tassio river, and near the place of Christ. On site, benches and picnic tables are available.

Access: “La Rourède” is between le Tassio and rue du Veinat. Many car parks nearby (rue du Pont, town hall, placette du Formiguer).

Other small fitness trails are available at the mineral spring of Laroque-des-Albères and around the lake Palau del Vidre.

“Alber'Aquatic” swimming pool, Argelès-sur-Mer

This aquatic complex is open all year round and offers a sports pool, a shallow learning pool and a play area for toddlers to gently learn about the water.
