The Pyrenees Mediterranean Cyclosport Space is dedicated to the practice of road cycling. It offers, in the south of the Pyrénées-Orientales, a selection of 20 unmarked routesThese routes are suitable for everyone, mainly using low-traffic roads over more than 500 km.
In our territory, 4 key reception points inform you about this practice: the Tourist Offices of Banyuls-sur-Mer, Elne and Laroque-des-Albères, as well as the Maison Sport Nature of Argelès-sur-Mer in Valmy. These places also offer essential services to fans of this sporting activity.
The “Accueil vélo” label
The services specially dedicated to cycle tourists They mark our cycle routes. You will find welcome points, accommodations labeled "Accueil Vélo", as well as our Tourist Offices located in Elne, Laroque-des-Albères and Sorède.
If necessary, you will have access to a first-aid kit and a water point. Toilets, bicycle parking and information on the area's routes are also available.
