Le Casot is a pretty 40 m2 house, quiet, very bright, independent, not overlooked, on an agricultural property. Located less than 20 minutes from Perpignan, the mountains, the beaches and Spain, at the exit of the village of Ortaffa, a village with shops (less than 10 minutes on foot). Fully equipped kitchen (hob, oven, refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, etc.) with dining area. Large bedroom/living room with sleeping space for 4 people maximum, but ideal for 2 or 3 people (a 140 bed plus a BZ 140 sofa), shower room WC, beautiful terrace with garden furniture for outdoor dining, private space and parking shady.
