The Tautavel Museum European Center of Prehistory is a complex built around Tautavel Man. It presents the entire History of humanity in Europe.
It is as famous for the richness of the collections as for the fun and cultural activities which, throughout the year, allow visitors to experience the lives of their distant ancestors.

In 2026, temporary exhibitions will enrich the Museum's cultural offerings. These exhibitions are included in the price. A major exhibition, also included in the price, will open in the spring in the "Butchery" section of the Museum. This exhibition, focusing on the diet of our ancestors, is full of surprises.
