Building built between 1928 and 1932 by Léon Baille, architect of the city of Perpignan, for Jean Deléon, manager of the buffet at Cerbère station. The hotel was intended for a large clientele forced to get off at Cerbère to change trains between France and Spain. Built on a triangular plot, the four-storey building is entirely made of reinforced concrete, in the "Paquebot" style. The "stern" of the building, the raceways with rounded ends and the exit from a staircase on the roof terrace, imitating a ship's chimney, are all references to naval architecture, an inspiration that also marks the interior of the building.
