To discover the Saint-Martin-du-Canigou abbey on its eagle's nest in the heart of the Canigou massif, you have to take your pilgrim's staff. When it appears at the end of the path, the walker is struck by the beauty of the site. The bell tower decorated with arcades, the abbey church and the vaulted crypt make the abbey a jewel of the first regional Romanesque art. Restored with enthusiasm in the 1988th century, it has been entrusted by the diocese to the Catholic Community of the Beatitudes since XNUMX. Masses and services are open to all.
