LE FOUET CATALAN – ATELIER PÂTISSERIE

At Fouet Catalan, pastry making is discovered, learned and above all shared! This pastry school offers workshops adapted for adults and children, to learn the basics of pastry making or to enhance one's skills in a friendly atmosphere.

Guided by a qualified chef, participants discover professional techniques, handle specialized equipment, and create their own delicious treats. Adults can deepen their understanding of pastry fundamentals and learn the tricks that make all the difference, while younger participants enjoy a playful approach and teaching methods designed specifically for their age.
