Departure from the Tourist Office. Leaving the Tourist Office, take the stairs and exit through the gate.

Go left into rue Carboneill and go down it, then turn right into rue Joffre.
At the next intersection turn left into rue du Moulin and left again. Continue to an intersection
Leave the stairs in front and turn right. You are on the Chemin des Disputes (this indication is only noted at the end of the path). Keep going straight; leave the small dirt road that comes from the right, climb the dirt stairs and continue along the dry stone walls and vineyards. You have a nice view of the Vermeille coast.
Arriving at the intersection with the small paved road, turn right.
A few meters further turn left on the path between the fences of two properties following the yellow markings. Follow this path. On the left you can appreciate the view of the town of Sorède and the Happy Valley. Observe below the fields of mimosas and almond trees and the crops on the terrace. At the end of this small path, turn right between the two stone walls. At the crossroads you will observe cork oaks in the middle of the ruins of an old farmhouse.
Take the track to the left to go towards the mountain.
At the next intersection, take the track to the right. After a few meters you will see Font d'en Malzac on your right. Continue on this track to arrive at the Mas d'en Bordes (large stone house).
At this level always stay on the track to the right and go down to the right.
At the next crossroads, turn left then immediately right to reach the basin.
Arriving in front of it, turn left and follow the small irrigation canal.
A little further down to the right towards the mineral spring. This water is ferruginous and carbonated. At the source, descend towards the river and cross it. Continue to the left to join the road.
Go right on the road to descend towards the village.
A few meters after an intersection, leave the descent towards private property and just after sign 40, descend on the small path on the right. Cross the small stream and continue to descend straight ahead through gardens to the river.
Cross the footbridge and turn immediately left on the small path to reach Chemin de Malès.
Ignore the path on the right which leads back to the old village and continue straight on the Malès path.
Cross the footbridge and take the path on the left! Go up to the road and go down it on the right to join the main road.
Cross the street with caution and go down the Rue des Ecoles opposite.
After the Club House turn right Chemin d'Ortaffa and go up to the center of the village and the Tourist Office to collect the answers to your child's questionnaire.

Practical information

You enjoy nature, you love it, take care of it... You are taking a hiking trail along which regular household waste collection points are made available to you. Out of respect for this exceptional space used each month by several tens of thousands of hikers and walkers, we invite you to deposit at these collection points all of your waste (glass, paper, leftover food, etc.) and any that you may unfortunately discover during your walk. Thanks to these simple but essential actions, let's keep this site clean, as nature has graciously offered it to us. This trail is not managed by the CCACVI but by a Laroque association.
