Embark on this great hike of nearly 30km and 2000m of elevation gain./!\ Following recent bad weather, the footbridge which allows you to cross the river "La Massane" is damaged, bring rubbish bags to cross it.
From the Valmy car park retrace your steps and turn left towards "Camping des Mimosas"
 Pass the campsite and the Mas Blanc and begin the ascent on the DFCI-AL track n°39.
At the intersection of the 2 tracks, turn right on the DFCI-Al track n°28, pass in front of the tank
take the path on the left which goes up in the forest of cork oaks.
At this intersection, take the path on the right which goes up to Roc del Grill.
At Roc del Grill, descend towards Lavail.
Take the path on the right that runs along the “La Massana” river and the Lavail gorges. Cross the hamlet via the Saint André road.
Before the bridge, turn left and climb into the forest.
To see: the Roc de les Medes, a large rocky block and the “Font del Miracles” at the foot of an enormous beech tree. Then join the Col de l’Aranyo.
At the Col de l'Aranyo, head towards the Col des trois Hêtres and the Pic des Quatre Termes. GR10 terminal.
From the Pic des Quatre Termes (1158m) follow the Pic de la Carbassera (1000m) and the Pic Sailfort (978m).
From Sailfort, continue along the GR10, breathtaking view of the two Catalonians.
Go right following the route of the Font d'en Vergès and Font d'en Cassanyes water catchments.
At Col de Verderol (776m), cross the beech forest.
At this intersection, turn right then left on the DFCI AL41ter track.
Cut the track and go down the path to discover the Dolmen del Collets de Colliure and the Domen de la Cova de l'Alarb.
Go left on the DFCI AL42 and take the small parallel path above Valmy which joins the track and arrives at the starting point.

Practical information

Bring water, cap, snacks, sunscreen, windbreaker, possibly raincoat. Do not stray from marked trails. Respect nature, bring back your waste! Remember to check the weather before leaving as well as the fire risk in the massif.
