Explore the ruins of Sant Cristau
From the Town Hall car park, go up the main street then turn left onto Rue de l'Ancien Poste. Arriving at the square, turn left.
Go up the alley on the right and turn immediately on your left to join Chemin Saint Christophe. Follow the marked trail then take the botanical trail.
After a few hundred meters, at the crossroads, go up to the right on fitted wooden steps, and continue climbing on the botanical path, passing over a flat area dedicated to birds and the remains of a lime kiln. Arriving at the track, turn right.
At the level of the basin, go up to the left towards the Col de Llinas, following the stream.
Go left towards the Col de Branca.
At the pass follow the signs indicating Pic Sant Cristau and the chapel. Go back down the other side via a path to the track then turn right to see the Font de Cristau. Go back to the left. .
In a bend, leave the track to take a path that crosses the beech forest.
Cross the track for the first time towards a cistern, then a second time around a bend to go down a steep path to Collada d'en Godo.
Go up a few meters, go around the masonry pillar and join the track.
Return to the botanical trail which takes you to the village of Montesquieu-des-Albères, the end point of your hike.
