Description

1. From the Monolith (marking the old entrance to the camp), go up the coastal path towards the Mas Larrieu nature reserve. Go along the Roussillonnais campsite then turn left into the Marende car park. 2. From the north plate (symbolizing the northern limit of the camp) take the cycle path along the D81 as far as the junction with the avenue de la Retirada which you must then join. 3. Follow the avenue de la Retirada along the cycle path to the Spanish Cemetery (former camp cemetery) located opposite the Les Marsouins campsite. You can then return to the beach by retracing your steps or continue straight in the direction of the village to discover the Camp Memorial (26 avenue de la Liberation). More info
