Description
1. From the Monolith (marking the former entrance to the camp), go up the coastal path towards the Mas Larrieu nature reserve. Go along the Roussillonnais campsite then turn left into the Marende car park. 2. From the northern plaque (symbolising the northern limit of the camp) take the cycle path along the D81 until the junction with the Avenue de la Retirada which you must then join. 3. Follow the Avenue de la Retirada by the cycle path to the Cimetière des Espagnols (former cemetery of the camp) located opposite the Les Marsouins campsite to then be able to return to the beach by retracing your steps or continue straight towards the village to discover the Camp Memorial (26 Avenue de la Libération).More information
