Description

Leave the Argelè-sur-Mer Tourist Office on the left as far as the Arrival roundabout and turn right, avenue Général de Gaulle. At the service station go right on the sea road.
Turn right on avenue Molière. At the roundabout, take the third street on the left, rue des Trabucayres. At the next roundabout, take the second street on the left, rue du 14 Juillet. 
Turn right, Tolerance Alley. Continue straight ahead and at the ford, turn right onto rue monte rue des Merles then rue des Colibris.
Go towards Impasse des Sarcelles and then take the cycle path on the left until the roundabout.
Take the second road on the right, follow the railway line and turn left at the bridge. At the large roundabout, continue on the Pirenexus.
Turn left towards Laroque-des-Albères and at the second roundabout, go up Chemin de la Gabarre.
Turn right. After the ford, turn left, avenue des Baléares as far as Laroque. Stop at the “Moulin du Llevant” olive oil producer. Cross the center of Laroque, a typical, lively village with its many cafes and restaurants.
Leave after the bridge on the left until Villelongue-dels-Monts. On the road is the Domaine “Le Temps Recovered”, organic wine and know-how using ancestral methods.
Turn left and head towards the Santa-Maria-del-Vilar Priory. Visit this jewel of Romanesque art. Return to Laroque-des-Albères.
Take the direction of Saint-Genis-des-Fontaines passing by the Chapel of Tanya then follow the road and turn on the first left, Cami de la Creu.
In the village go down Rue Clemenceau (keeping to the right) to visit the cloister and see the first dated Romanesque sculpture in stone, the famous lintel of Saint-Genis. Leave the cloister on the right, keeping tight (traffic in the other direction), cross and go opposite.
After the bridge take the cycle path to the left for a few meters and go on the road to Brouila on the right.
Turn right towards Chapelle Sainte-Colombe-de-Cabanes.
The chapel is located on the left. Return to Palau-del-Vidre.
In the center of Palau, a visit to the glassmakers is essential. 
Turn left into rue de la Tramontane then chemin de Perpignan to arrive at Lac Sant Marti. After enjoying this soothing moment, go back to the village by the same way.
Turn left on Route de Sorède, after the bridge go straight then turn left to enter Saint-André via Chemin de Villeclare. Go past the college. Then, turn right onto rue Nationale and take the fourth street on the left towards the “Maison de l’art roman”. Don't miss the Romanesque church and its facade.
To go back to Sorède, head towards the rue Nationale and go opposite, rue des Albères. At the roundabout, take the second exit then rue Joan Cayrol on the right.
Continue on Chemin de Saint-André. Go straight on the Euro Vélo 8 track to Sorède. In this village, you can visit the ESAT, factory of whips and other objects made of Hackberry wood, an ancestral know-how. Also worth discovering are the banks of the Tassio and the Campet district. Back to Euro Vélo 8.
Turn right.
Chemin de la Carrerasse, turn right then left.
Follow Euro Vélo 8 and turn left on Route de Sorède to go to Argelès. Go over the bridge. You will pass over the “La Massana” river.
Turn left on Avenue du 11 Novembre. You will be on the same route as on the way out. Follow Euro Vélo 8.
At this point, two options present themselves, either cut through the allotment gardens on the right and arrive at the tennis courts, or take Rue des Trabucayres as on the way out. Avenue Molière, before the swimming pool, turn left onto Route de la Mer. Go all the way and at the arrival roundabout, turn left towards the Tourist Office.
