Description

From the Valmy car park, go down towards Argèles, crossing the bridge over the expressway. At the roundabout, take the third exit and go to the Evades de France roundabout.
Take the third exit rue Pierre Bourdan. Go to the end and turn right onto Chemin de la Cérigue. Arriving at the roundabout take the second exit for Route de Sorède.
Go straight and continue on the road to Sorède (D2) until Sorède.
Arriving in the village of Sorède, you are on the road to Argelès. After the bridge, turn right, you will pass in front of the Tourist Office. Then take the third left at the roundabout. You will pass in front of the church and arrive at the village square which you will have to go around to take the right road to Laroque.
Arrive in Laroque, avenue de la Côte Vermeille and turn right towards the shops rue Pierre and Michel Soler. Turn right at the bottom.
After the bridge turn left and stay on avenue du Vallespir which will take you to Villelongue-dels-Monts.
In Villelongue you are on the Ruta de la Roca. After Plaçia d'en Damia, turn right and immediately after the first left where you can admire the church. After Place de la République, continue on the Ruta de Montesquieu then straight on the D11 to Montesquieu.
Pass Place de l'houm and Place del Correou then turn right onto Grand rue. Continue straight ahead, passing the church and its fire.
Arriving at the roundabout, take the fourth exit, roundabout road D51 until the end. After passing the two roundabouts (under the expressway) go left on avenue de la mer to the Lycée Sauvy de Villelongue-dels-Monts.
Go towards the roundabout on the right and join the Route du Boulou which goes towards Villelongue-dels-Monts and Saint-Genis-des-Fontaines. 
In the village of Saint-Genis-des-Fontaines, at the crossroads, turn left then go straight ahead passing under the bridge of the expressway towards Brouilla.
Turn right on the D40 and at the roundabout take the third exit, direction Saint-Jean-Lasseille. Cross the village and go on the D2.
At the roundabout, take the second exit onto the D37a then the first on the left (D2) to Villemolaque. Cross this village on Avenue des Pyrénées then at the second roundabout, take the third exit, route de Passa (D2). Visit Monastir del Camp (closed Tuesday).
After Monastir del Camp, take the first right (D2)
Before arriving at Fourques, you can see the remains of the Saint-Vincent Chapel on the right. In the village turn right after the pharmacy and go straight on the D615 until Terrats. 
In the village, observe the gate of the old ramparts and turn right onto avenue des Corbières. Continue and turn left towards Cave Terrassous. Leave the village in the direction of Thuir on the D18.
Arrive on avenue de l'Aspre then on avenue de Sainte Colombe and Boulevard Frédéric Mistral. At the end, turn left until the roundabout. Take the second exit, avenue Louis Noguères then turn left onto avenue Fauvelle then avenue de Castelnou.
At the roundabout, turn right and follow the D48 until you reach the Route des Corbières (D615). Turn left and follow the D615.
At the roundabout take the first right onto the D16. At the roundabout of the campsite “Le pont d'Espagne” take the third exit onto the D16, route de Corbère.
At the junction, turn left on avenue de las aires. 
At this point go left at Saint-Feliu-d'Avall towards rue de la Côte, leave the dead end and take the next left, Carrer del Boulouna then the second left rue du Ribéral. Then turn right on avenue du Canigou (D916). At the roundabout take the second exit, avenue du Languedoc.
At Soler, you will cross the river “Le Castelnou” then after a roundabout, continue straight on Avenue Victor Hugo.
At the roundabout take the first exit onto the D39. Continue right. Cross a railway line then over the “La Bassa” river.
Arrived in Toulouges go straight after the roundabout on the Soler road then avenue de la Tramontane. At the end, turn left on Avenue Jean Jaurès and continue on Avenue Aristide Maillol then Avenue du Stade. Pass the two roundabouts go straight on the D39.
In Canohès, at this point, turn left and follow the river.
Continue your route and turn left on Chemin du Mas Passama. You will pass over the highway. Arriving in Perpignan in the “Catalunya” district, turn right to reach the “roundabout of combatants in North Africa” and take the first exit. At the next roundabout take the first exit towards Villeneuve-de-la-Raho on the D91 then on the D39. You cross the river “Le Réart”. Observe the Villeneuve de la Raho lake and the magnificent view. Cross Villeneuve
At the Mas Sauvy roundabout take the first exit. Then go straight to Montescot. At the Intermarché roundabout, take the third exit on Avenue de la Méditerranée, cross Montescot. Before arriving at Elne, the Swiss Maternity Hospital is located on the right. Stay on the Route de Bages (you can take a detour to visit the Cloister, the cathedral and the Terrus museum) then continue on Avenue du Général de Gaulle.
Turn right on Avenue Paul Reig. You will pass in front of the Tropic of the Butterfly. Go straight and turn at the Palau junction onto the Elne road. Cross Palau via Avenue Joliot Curie (visit the church and the glassmakers of Palau). 
Pass the two roundabouts and head towards Saint-André.
You will pass near the Collège de Saint-André, then at the next roundabout take the left exit towards the center of Saint-André which you will cross to head towards Argelès.
At the last roundabout in Saint-André take the San Père crossing and at the next roundabout turn left to enter Argelès via the Sorède road where you passed on the way out.
At the roundabout, turn left and go under the bridge. Take rue du repos and at the roundabout turn right, you will pass the SNCF station. Go back down Rue Marivaux and turn right on the opposite sidewalk until you reach the roundabout. Go straight on Route de Collioure and at the roundabout take the first exit to arrive at the Valmy car park.
